Power On Self-Test 
Power: POE/DC12V power adapter for the camera;
Self-test of the camera: After startup, the zoom lens first retracts and then extends. The lens returns to the maximum wide-angle position, where the device is typically recognized. Indicates that the self-test has been completed.
